1.2 Using this Website confers you the status of User and involves your full an unconditional acceptance of all and every terms and conditions of this Legal Notice as published by ITI when the User access the Website.

The purpose of this Website is to provide you with information about DataPorts, as well as the publication of news related the project.

5.3 The contents of this Website, including designs, applications, text, images and source code (the “Contents”) are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights, except for the contents belonging to third parties that may be show on the Website.

  1. Applicable law and jurisdiction

6.1 The Spanish Law Will apply to all provisions of this notice and its interpretation, as well as to the resolution of any dispute that may arise between the User and ITI.

6.2 Both the User and ITI hereby submit to the Jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Valencia, expressly waiving their right of recourse to any other jurisdiction.
