The DataPorts platform aims to become the de-facto standard data platform for seaports in Europe. For this purpose, several communications and collaboration activities need to be carried out to increase the awareness and the attraction of DataPorts. This approach requires an agile but also clearly defined workflow. This document presents the development of the strategic activities and pillars to scale up on European level. Furthermore, the status of the collaboration with the strategic initiatives is presented.
